Our client’s vision, as the builder, is to investigate the feasibility of speculative upscale single-family homes in a golf course and retirement community.

Building on this vision, the kitchen, dining room, great room, and master bedroom all open to the covered patios and onto the golf course.

The focal point of the house is the entry, with its tall lantern, which guides entry and exit.
