Next Generation Industries (NGI) Steel Division designed, manufactured and installed light gauge steel framing components for commercial and residential buildings. Residential packages between 1,200 and 2,000 SF reduced the cost of construction shell costs 25 to 30 percent and construction schedule by 90 days.

The project owner is a realtor involved with selling the homes for many builders at NGI who are well-familiar with the system. Included in the design are three bedrooms, three full baths, kitchen and breakfast area, great room, study, bonus room over the garage, pool cabana room, and covered rear patio with outdoor kitchen.
