Centered in the mid-cities between Fort Worth and Dallas, Texas, Life Outreach International is a Christian organization dedicated to sharing the transforming truth of God's love in word and deed. The ministry encourages the support of missions and relief programs in areas of need throughout the world, utilizing the tremendous potential of broadcast media to fulfill the mission.

Mr. Hines coordinated the design and construction of the expansion of the television broadcast facility. The two-story addition included site improvements, parking, host and guest accommodations, post-production suite, public areas, and administration offices, new restrooms, much-needed storage, and partial remodel of the adjoining portion of the existing building.
