Established as a recognized purveyor of Latin-American cuisine across the I-10 Louisiana corridor as a tenant in malls, Serranos Salsa Company established its first stand-alone brand marquee restaurant in Lafayette, Louisiana. Signature brand elements include three dining areas, the lampwall, and a hand-painted mural over the bar.
Sadly, Serranos ceased operations.
